The Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society, Inc., is the duly accredited women's philanthropic society of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America.

 

The charitable work of the Society shall be performed with discretion, courtesy and kindness.

Clergy and Staff 

 

The Priest, as the servant/leader, oversees the entire life of our Church with the Parish Council and with the support and efforts of all who volunteer, assist, and labor for our Parish.
Our Staff, assist in the everyday function of our Church with the support and guidance of the Clergy through administrative, accounting, and stewardship tasks.

Parish Council

 

The current Parish Council, under the guidance of the Priest, is the body that manages and oversees all operations of the Church and Parish Community. Its duties include: administering the Parish’s operating procedures, business concerns, and fund-raising activities

Ministries

 

All of our Ministries are governed by the spiritual guidance and knowledgement of the Priest and the Members of the Parish Council and Ministries Leaders. 

Sunday School Teachers are seriously selected and consider among the best people in the Church, with highly valued backgound!  Please enroll your children so that they can become the light of the Gospel.

 

 

Stewardship

 

Membership in the Orthodox Church begins at baptism (Chrismation for some) and continues throughout our life.  We are united with Christ through the sacraments, or mysteries, of the Church and through our faithful offering of our entire selves to Jesus Christ.  Our Archdiocese requires each parish to distinguish between voting members and non-voting members.
