I work with many peruvian people and with each one I have been tasting Peruvian food. I am Chilean with great appreciation for the Peruvian food and when I visited Ceviches, Brasas y Vinos restaurante I found a selection of delicious Peruvian dishes with great taste and quality.
Thanks to Cecilia for its incursion into Peruvian cuisine

Hello everyone, I am a sales executive and I know all the steakhouse places in Miami. Brasas y Vinos Restaurant is a great place for grilled meats and BBQ, all dishes are excellent too. Everything has a South American final touch. I always ask Carpaccio of salmon, capers and cheese and for main course the famous salmon to parrillan. If you're feeling indulgent dessert asks pancakes stuffed with dulce de leche - I guarantee you'll be as pleased as I am.

"Meat first class", "Excellent" !!! Starters and "Delicious" companions (including a "wonderful Chilean salad") this restaurant shines in its segment of steakhouses in Miami "classic and cozy" where service "impeccable" comes with prices for everyone. Visit it, it is full of flavor and quality for all.

I love this restaurant. We have been many times and the food and service are consistently great. The place is cozy and now much better since this offering Peruvian food. I consider it one of the best steakhouses in Miami. The first time I saw on the menu Peruvian food pedi a portion of fries Huancaina and is the best I've eaten in years. We've been a few times where every dish we've tried is delicious and prepared properly. No doubt I recommend the meat and rice. .. We had a birthday celebration and we booked near the Mall of the Americas in Miami in Brasas y Vinos Restaurant was great. My husband and I shared one of the evening specials, which was a Bife de Chorizo (New York steak), a cut of meat cooked perfectly. It was accompanied by fries and sauteed mushrooms Provencal garlic. We are satisfied and will return very soon. Thanks to everybody ...
