Our original idea was to share our experience in International Food and Hospitality Management, within an establishment where a special worship surrender to gastronomy, but particularly to give free fulfill our main objective: The Concept of Parrilla Grill and now Traditional Peruvian Food.

Ceviche's, Brasas y Vinos Restaurante we do not focus on any particular segment, we follow our instinct of Excellence, Quality and Good Taste. Our main goal is to satisfy those who like to enjoy good cuts of meat and vegetables and fresh organic vegetables, much like our exquisite selection of wines and more, with a nice really reasonable atmosphere, good equipment accessories and implements and prices .

Our menu is as varied as our roots, offering an exclusive selection of chicken and meats, each prepared and designed with the typical Parrilla Argentina and Chile. We wanted to start a culinary journey through the Andean Region of South America and We enriched our menu with a varied selection of  Peruvian Traditional, and high cuisine dishes of the Country of the Incas. We are confident and proud to comply with the feeling of our customers - "a dish you hit the table according to their preparation and planning."

In Ceviche's, Brasas y Vinos Restaurante, our marinades, sauces and salads are all genuine creations prepared with passion. We use fresh ingredients selected with concentration and dedication to give the best in each service, with garlic and onion inspiration in each of our creations.
