Top 10 Things To Do To Celebrate Mother’s Day
There are so many wonderful things to do in the emerald city, many of which are absolutely FREE! Mix it up a little for Mother’s Day this year by reading our Top Ten Things to do to Celebrate Mother’s Day.
We will be hosting a Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm on May 10th – $68 Adults/ $34 Children under 12
1. Take the family to your local Famers Market. Pick up some all natural jams & jellies or try some organic veggies! This can be especially helpful in getting those picky eaters to try something new & health.

2. Give Mom a movie night! Watch classics like: The Family Stone, The Blindside & Steel Magnolias. Don’t forget a bowl of popcorn, ice cream and your footie pajamas!

3. Take a leisurely stroll through one of Chicago’s many parks like the new Maggie Daley Park or Millennium Park. Explore downtown or feed the ducks at one of the world’s last standing FREE zoos, The Lincoln park Zoo.

4. Check out a performance by Alexandre Tharaud in his Symphony Center debut, performing works by Couperin, Rameau and Satie, as well as Ravel’s Miroirs. This performance is party of the SCP Piano E Series and SCP Piano B Series. For more information, click here.

6. Cook mom a home cooked meal. Nothing brings loved ones together like a great meal. Why do you think she’s been doing it all these years?

8. Spend the day at the Field Museum checking out some of the exhibits like…Sue the T. Rex or Titans of the Ice Age 3D, one of many 3D movies offered.

9. Men and Women alike will tell you that there is nothing like a little pampering. Treat yourselves to a deep tissue massage or a mani/pedi combo.

10. Rent a Divvy and go for a long bike ride around your favorite park or neighborhood. Explore the city!
