IMPACT OF SOME FOOD IN THE PREVENTION AND INHIBITION OF PROSTATE TUMOR 

 

The big dilemma and fear we all have to cuanquier manifestation of protático syndrome (hyperplasia, prostatitis etc) is that it can become a tumor, the fear is logical and well founded because as we have seen, cells require a long process to become in tumor. There are things that "pay" this process (inflammation, toxins, germs, fungi), but we can help our defense system with many foods whose components, prevent and inhibit cell growth of some cancers, including prostate. 

 

In a study conducted by the American Urological Association in 2005 (1 *), it was determined that drinking a glass of juice a day in Granada breakfast slows by 67%, the extent of a prostate tumor seated . 

 

According to several studies (* 2), the foods that best prevent prostate cancer are: Garlic, Brussels sprouts, chives, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, onions, cabbage, beets, celery, turnip, orange pepper , spinach, cucumber, asparagus, zucchini, fennel, radish, eggplant, tomato, endive, lettuce and carrot, in this order in order to inhibit cancer cells PC-3. Other foods or recommended species: green tea, turmeric, ginger, soy products, mushrooms (shiitake, coriolus, maitake, oyster mushroom), thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil, mint, parsley, seaweed, red fruits and berries , citrus, red wine and (the latter in moderation) black chocolate, introducing these elements in food, are preventing and helping our body to a high degree, for fear that stated earlier does not occur.
